I really think this gauge should be renamed from a "HighLine" meter a "LowLine" meter because beside it's price there is nothing good about it.
Device doesnt keep stored calibration settings and we have to recalibrate gauge once, sometimes even twice a day to get a proper readings, it's a real headache.
I would not recommend this thickness gauge to anyone, buy a different brand.

I bought one of the other meters and didn't realize it was coming from Hong Kong. When it broke, they wanted me to ship it to Hong Kong for repair. That would have cost $110. I bought the meter because it looks the same as the others except for the label and is sold in the US. I didn't want something expensive because I am giving it to one of my buyers. I don't want to give him an expensive meter and then have him lose it. I have an elcometer paint meter for myself and it has worked for ten years. I'm getting this meter for half the price and if it breaks, then I can toss it.
